York Biosecurity is comprised of experienced government contractors who have served in both the public and private sectors. We previously served as part of the team that managed 35 VA CBOCs in a dozen different states. We have several decades of experience in building and operating healthcare clinics – etc. VA-CBOCs, and civilian urgent care clinics.
Our teams of clinicians and engineers have deployed around the world to build specialty hospitals and clinics including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia where our clients were Sovereign Wealth Funds and Governmental Ministries of Health.
Our subcontracting arrangements are with some of the nation's leading academic medical centers and universities allowing us to deploy clinicians specializing in treating complex wounds and other critical care needs.

Bill is a ten-year veteran of the US Army where he served in the Field Artillery Corps and later in the Judge Advocate General Corps, first as an enlisted soldier and later as an officer.
Since then, he has been CEO of a Washington trade association for hospitals and president of international services for one of the nation’s largest hospital companies.
